CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

• Deadline for registration to the conference (send Title and Abstract): up to 15.09.2025
• Deadline for papers submission (option 1): up 30.09.2025
• Payment of conference fee: up to 20.10.2025
• Conference program: up to 30.10.2025

CONFERENCE FEES

• Participation at the conference: 1250 PLN/ 290 EUR (VAT included)
• Participation at the conference with publication option 1: 2500 PLN/580 EUR (VAT included)
• Participation at the conference with publication option 2: 1250 PLN/ 290 EUR (VAT included)
• Participation at the conference with publication option 3: 1250 PLN/ 290 EUR (VAT included) for conference and for publication payment in accordance with the Journal's policy, directly to the Journal's account

The fee for the conference is includes: participation in the conference, optional publication, gala dinner, coffee break and accompanying events.
